#7 Manufacture de Svres produced several Gothic inspired objects throughout the 19th century, especially in the first half of the 19th century when "troubadour" style was a trend in France. This set represents this "troubadour" style and its interest in anecdote and love story, the cup has an image inspired of the fairytale "The Sleeping beauty" and depicts the princess sleeping in a gothic decor.
